Smesh
All of you who know me probably know of Illusion Dragon. Im tired of Illusion Dragon and want to replace him with another good card. I think this card has potential, but, the OCG is messed up? Leave feedback. If a monster you control is destroyed by a card effect, inflict 500 Damage to your opponent. If this card is destroyed by a card effect, place 1 Flame Counter on 1 of your opponent's monsters. The monster cannot be selected as an attack target or attack. Inflict 500 Damage to the owner of a monster with a Flame Counter during your End Phase. Your opponent can remove the Flame Counter from the monster by paying 500 Life Points. If they do so, Special Summon this card from the Graveyard. This is attempt 1 at replacing Illusion Dragon. Is this a good card?
Phantom M.C.
its a good card. but i see a loophole in the effect. your opponent could just tribute the monster instead of paying lp. and the card's effect isn't negated. so this would work only on some monsters. Smesh
i was thinking about making it non-Tribute-able, but then it would never be able to be destroyed. maybe i should let it attack and have its effect negated.
Phantom M.C.
or maybe you can have the option of choosing either negate effect or stop attack
