What. The. -Censored-

To start off, I'd make it that you'd have to pay half your Life Points? Mainly this card is...I don't really know if it's OP'd or not. This cuts a shizload of decks from 40-44 cards to 20 cards and less probably. This changes the whole duel to who can last the longest before someone decks out or wins the duel through damage. That last effect by it's own can help your opponent win the duel or lose the duel, mainly because that effect might just deck them out to give you the win. Overall, this might be one of the first ever cards I don't know what to give a rating of. >.> This card truly test your strengths in a duel where it changes the duel completely.

I went with 2000 LP instead of half because otherwise you could use it when you're about to die as a last-ditch effort (for instance, right after you've barely saved yourself with Starlight Road.) It wasn't meant to be that sort of card. I considered 2500 or 3000 LP, but that seemed like too much along with the Synchro drop.

See thread title.

I made the effect optional so it wouldn't be used for that. Your opponent can choose not to draw if they're afraid of decking out.

Then thank you, sir, because that was exactly my goal.

Entirely unplayable. Would do nothing.

Explain plz?

Congrats the long title got my attention...

Anyway its an intresting effect and i would love it if it was real. It would break the game for most people but who cares~ If you have a deck full of monsters with the same name your screw`d.

8.5/10 for the original idea and very fitting pic

And im sure this would be banned almost instantly :P

The cost is extreme and removing cards from the Deck gives no real benefit. You could remove the entire LP cost and the tribute and the draw you'd give an opponent would still probably make this UP'd.

I think you're missing the point.

Every meta deck currently relies on having multiple copies of particular cards, thus making it more consistent. This card punishes players for doing that.

Could you run an Infernity Deck with just one Launcher, one Archfiend, one Beetle? Can you run a Lightsworn Deck with just one Wulf and one Lumina? How about a Blackwing Deck with 1 Shura and 1 Bora, and 1 Icarus Attack? You can, sure, but it's not a killer deck anymore.

I have to say that is one awesomeeeeeeeeeeeeee card that would mess up my stardust dragon/assault deck. unless i had already summoned my stardust :P lol

but seriously that is a good card and an awesome picture to go with it

i will give it 9.5/10

the reason you lose the 0.5 is because i didnt come up with it :P

By making their Deck a huge amount smaller, they lose no consistency. If I only had to run 15 cards in a Deck, I could very much run the Decks you described, which is effectively what this creates. The draw actually makes this the opposite of your aim and makes them MORE consistent by giving them draws.

Consider, if you will, that a given player runs three Infernity Archfiends and one Bottomless Trap Hole

The opponent has a field full of beatstick monarchs, and this player needs to go aggro by getting his Infernity Launcher back. When he draws, he's got three times the chance of grabbing Archfiend as he has of grabbing Bottomless, right?

Play this card. Now he's got just as much chance of drawing one of the cards he only runs one of, and doesn't currently need, than the cards he ran three of and needs.

Lol at the above arguments. You guys are talking as if EVERY player will run this card. It seems best fit for a macro deck, no cards in the grave, so nothing to really pick up now is there? Well, it's a nice card :3

Not the best actually, in fact I've seen card's that destroy multiple copies before so nothing TOO special... but decent ;D

Yeah, no.

Most cards that people only run 1 of, they do because it's limited. Increasing their chance of getting cards they only have 1 of helps them. You don't want to give them Calls, Mirrors, Heavies, Torrents, B-Cons or anything of that ilk.

To be honest, here, we're just going to have to agree to disagree. I've got no response to that, but I'm pretty sure you're wrong.
