Lore:

When this card is sent to the Graveyard, inflict 300 damage to your opponents Life Points for every Level 3 or lower "Volcanic" monster in your Graveyard. If this card is sent to the Graveyard for the effect of a "Blaze Accelerator" card, you can send 2 "Volcanic Fluffballs" from your hand or Deck to the Graveyard to remove from play 3 cards your opponent controls. You cannot activate the effects of any other "Volcanic" monsters the turn you activate this effect.

How about I change it to up to 3 cards, and for each card removed from play your opponent draws 1 card? Would that make it more balanced?

there's the 3 card rule XD, so you can't change it up to 3 cards. actually lowering the def sounds good.

Yeah, tried to keep it with the number 3 for some reason xD Lowering the DEF eh? Any suggestions? I'm thinking just a solid 1000 DEF. Change the DEF to 1000.

its actually very powerful for Level 3...but i guess its enough of a drawback by now
