It pretty much is a cannon. Give it Spell Counters and equip it with mist body and you could do some serious Damage :P

 

During your Standby Phase, place 1 Spell Counter on this card. (max. 10) During your Main Phase, you can remove 1 Spell Counter to inflict 500 Damage to your opponent, remove 5 Spell Counters to inflict 1200 Damage to your opponent or remove 10 Spell Counters from this card to inflict 3000 Damage to your opponent.

Can generate the simplest burn of 500 to a massive 3000. I'd make a Spellcaster Burn deck using this card as one of the main burners. This card requires patience though if you want to deal the 3000. Their are faster ways though by using cards like Spell Power Grasp to speed up the process. The effect is great, but what throws me off is the stats. The 1900 is just to high for a sweet burning effect. 1600-1700 would make it more balanced IMO. Overall, 9.6/10
