Nice idea, minor OCG probs though. Here's my attempt at the fix:

Nice pic, but as for the level, I would either changet it to lv.8 or change it to '

1 Tuner monster + 2 or more non-Tuner monsters.'

 

Seems pretty balanced, I give 8/10.

Because it can be destroyed by its own effect so the part of the effect will never ever work

 

 

Lower its stars to 7 and lower its attack to 2100-2500
