IDK if i posted this yet but here it is

[spoiler=Lore]Activate when a Fusion Monster is destroyed by battle. Special Summon that Fusion monster from your Graveyard in attack position. That monster's ATK is halved during each of your Battle Phases. If that monster is destroyed you can add the Fusion Material Monsters used to Fusion Summon that card to your hand.

It's a Great card and I like the picture, but I don't really see why you should halve the ATK of those cards for each battle phase. I think only the next one would make it balanced enough.

oh i thought it might be unfair if to a challenger if they destroyed something like chimeratech with like 8000 atk and their opponent will get it back with full atk

I believe there are some things you overlooked:

+ A Card like Chimeratech Over Dragon can't be Special Summoned

+ A Card like Chimeratech Fortress Dragon has 0 ATK when Special Summoned by this card because there are no Fusion Material Monsters involved

+ This card is like a specific Time Machine with as added bonus you get the Material monsters back, if it becomes too weak you would be better off with Timemachine

Not to be one to spoil the party, but I don't see why you wouldn't use Time Machine over this. I mean, the first part of the effect is the same, but Time Machine doesn't half ATK. Sure, you get the Fusion Materials back, but it's unlikely that you're just going to pop out another Fusion anytime soon...

 

So, I guess what I'm saying is that the card is okay, it's just not amazing - and that being Fusion-specific hurts it a lot, even with the added bonuses.
