This card can only be Activated when a Fairy-Type monster is destroyed as a result of battle. Add a lvl 7 or Higher Fairy Type monster from your deck to your hand. During your 3rd Standby Phase after Activating this card, your opponent draws 3 cards.

Extremely pointless considering the card requirements.

Other than that, great card. You may need to add a ruling that it can be activated during the Damage Step.

And a few ocg errors:

Activate = activate

Fairy Type = Fairy-Type

deck = Deck

as a result of battle = by battle

Add a = Add 1

Higher = higher

As a result of battle is considered ok in OCG.

And cosidering you get to draw a lvl 7 Card, you should be able to end the duel before your oponents gets his 3 cards.

No, i mean it's not necessary. In fact, it's UP. First of all, the condition that a Fairy-Type monster must be destroyed to activate this card is difficult enough. But you've limited it to Level 7+ Fairys. This greatly limits the use. So that last effect is completely pointless and being removed wouldn't make it OP at all.
