You need to consider that your version of plants require more set up than is desired and is prone to very dead draws. There is no need at all to run a bajillion traps as it slows down your deck further. You can only run 2 Lonefire Blossom (banlist, check it plz) and you dont have any speedy way of getting gigaplant with its effect or speeding up revival, both of which is essential in any deck. Sorry to tell you but synchro in plants is almost necessary because the traps jsut aren't fast enough to handle GOOD decks. UFO turtle is trash for this deck. Honestly, botanical lion isnt needed nor are 3 Lord Poisons.

But no synchroing blah blah blah. Where do you test your deck btw?

Ahhh...Lonefire is Semi-limited? Thanks for letting me know. :3 I tested them against a friend so far, since I'm just starting out.

Sooo, what would you suggest I add or subtract, then?

Anything like:

Queen of Thorns?

Spore?

Inmato?

Cherry Inmato?

Copy Plant?

Double Summon?

The World Tree?

Black Garden?

....and please tell me some advantages. ^^ I needs to leeeeaaaarrrrnnnnn.

depends on what you want your plant deck to do. im no expert but my plant deck gives pretty consistent otks....

of what you have listed-

Spore is very very good

cherry inmato is also good for synchroing and deck thinning (inmato optional)

Black garden is very good but im not very good with black garden variants of plant decks.

in addition consider the following:

magical fertilizer

splendid rose

Mark of the rose

Supervise

DDR (if splendid rose/spore)

Koak'ki Meiru

Power Tool

Black Brutdrago

Black Rose

Naturia Cosmobeet

Naturia Bamboochute

Naturia RoseWhip

Naturia Pineapple

So how about this so far?

-1 Botanical Lion

-1 Lord Poison

-1 Lonefire Blossom

-2 UFO Turtles

+2 Supervise

+3 Cherry Inmato

-1 Wall of Thorns

-1 Pollinosis

Do you think I should add 2 Spores? Or something else? I really don't know how to properly use Spore...lolz. Basically, I want to swarm more than anything else.

As for the extra deck. I may consider Black Brutdragos and Queen of Thorns....Splendid Rose sounds okay, but I don't think I want to end up using DDR. It's a dead draw for me if I don't have Splendid Rose out. ^^;;;...and I already have a Blackrose Dragon. :3

Why are you running 3 Lightning Vortex and 3 Wall of Thorns?

That's way too many chances for the opponent to activate Starlight Road.

And the deck is seriously lacking in Staples. No Heavy Storm, MST, Brain Control, ect.

I have very little experience with Plant decks, but I can tell you: for a good Plant deck, run GigaVise.

For a cheap and easy Plant deck, run this (BTW, I have been running Plants IRL in one form or another for a couple of years now, so I am fairly experienced)

Monsters: 19

Dark Armed

Tytannial

Caius X3

Lonefire X2

Dandylion X2

Debris Dragon X2

Cherry Inmato X3

Inmato

Mystic Tomato X2

Sangan

Gale

Spells: 13

Mark of the Rose X2

Pot of Avarice X2

Creature Swap X2

Allure

Foolish

Heavy Storm

Giant Trunade

Brain Control

Book of Moon X2

Traps: 8

Bottomless Trap Hole X2

Mirror Force

Solemn

TT

Trap Dustshoot

Dust Tornado X2

That should do it. Alternatively, you could run GigaVise OTK, but the OTK sucks so the deck does as well.

lol I don't think I'll use DaD or Caius for this deck. ^^;

Alright, anyway, so I'm thinking I should get rid of Botanical Lions and UFO turtles, but I'm not sure what would be good replacements for them. I'm considering these:

2x Inmatos

2x Mystic Tomato

Also, is there any other way to search out Lonefire Blossoms faster?

This is my version of tomato vise, it works out pretty nice because i use cyber valleys to stall and use its second effect with dandylion to draw cards a lot faster. Mark of the Rose at 3 is really fun too, stealing monsters are fun :) I don't run tytannial though because to me the main point overall is still to use giga plant + supervise, and tytannial ends up being a dead draw a lot.

[21]

3 Mystic Tomato

3 Cherry Inmato

3 Cyber Valley

2 Giga Plant

2 Lonefire Blossom

2 Cyber Dragon

1 Inmato

1 Spore

1 Sangan

1 Gorz the Emissary of Darkness

[14]

3 Supervise

3 Mark of the Rose

2 Book of Moon

1 Brain Control

1 Mind Control

1 Heavy Storm

1 Giant Trunade

1 Mystical Space Typhoon

1 Foolish Burial

[5]

2 Bottomless Trap Hole

1 Phoenix Wing Wind Blast

1 Solemn Judgment

1 Call of the Haunted

I play-tested a few times with a few proxys and It did well against my friends machina gadget and glad beast, although book of moon is annoying when its timed right against me -,-

Sweetness. :3 When I play-tested my deck, it did well against Machina Gadgets, too. However, I was thoroughly shocked when it pwned an Infernity deck...lol I think I need to do more testing, as I already have with my Dark Harpies deck.
