I've stopped talking about OCG but wow this OCG is wonky =D lol

but i get the idea and I understand the effect and I think its fairly well. Its a bit high priced though. Perhaps lower it to 2? I mean there is plenty of quicker ways to add RFP monsters to the hand,deck,grave and this needing 3 (counters not tokens) makes it a bit slower and less runnable IMO. Specially if you have to attack directly to get them which makes it MUCH harder without an effect that grants it such. Perhaps change it to just needing to destroy a monster or inflict battle damage.

 

If you make it so it just needs to destroy a monster or inflict battle damage then having it require 3 counters will be fine.

 

I can fix the ocg if you want

Lol nah its fine i was just pointing it out :3 I understood it fine (actually if you didnt understand I'd be genuinely concerned o.o i mean all you did was switch 2 words)

 

And now the way you have it it's more runnable.

but anyway, not the best card. nothing special. but it's ok. although i would do something about the counters. because a monster with 1700 ATK will more in likely not give as much battle damage as others..
