New LIGHT Protector Card, Rate/Dont Rate, who cares??!!!

My new card, tell me what you think only make a comment about my OCG please if you actually know what you are talking about, thanks.

 

 

The Normal Summoning of this card cannot be negated. When this card is Normal Summoned Successfully, remove all cards in both players' Graveyards from play. As long as this card remains face-up on the field, whenever a card is sent to the Graveyard, it is placed in the owner's deck instead; the deck is then shuffled.

I like it, but maybe you should add like when it goes to the graveyard all the removed cards go back to the graveyard, cause theres too many advantages with all those removed from play cards.
