While you control this face-up Defense Position card, your opponent cannot select another monster you control as an attack target. This card can attack your opponent's monsters while in Defense Position. When this destroys an opponent's monster by battle in this way, you can decrease the ATK of an opponent's face-up monster by 400.

It's a typical Rock monster with an extraordinary for that type effect.

The last part makes the card a little overpowered, though... Decreasing it by not more than 500 will do I think but that's just my opinion.
