All Dragon, Winged-beast-type monsters you control gain 600 ATK. Once per turn you can Equip a non-Winged-Beast, non-Dragon-type Monster to a Winged-beast, or Dragon-type monster you control. Monsters equipped by this effect can attack your opponent directly if they control no Winged-beast or Dragon-type Monsters. If they do they lose any ATK bonuses they have until the end of the damage step. At the end of the battlephase, change them to defense position. If a monster equipped by this effect would be destroyed, you can pay 1000 life points to Special Summon the monster that was equipped to it in face-up defense position.

I would change the effect to:

 

"All Winged Beast and Dragon-Type monsters on the field gain 600 ATK. Once per turn a player can select 1 monster they control that isn't a Winged Beast or Dragon-Type and equip the selected monster to a Dragon or Winged Beast-Type monster they control with a higher ATK. A player can, if the opposing player does not control a Dragon or Winged Beast-Type monster, attack the opponent directly with a monster who has a monster equipped to him with this card's effect. If a monster attacks the opponent directly with this effect, the Battle Damage inflicted to your opponent becomes half the original ATK of the equipped monster. If a monster equipped to an other monster by this effect would be destroyed, a player can pay 1000 life points to Special Summon that monster to the field in face-up Defense Position instead of being destroyed."

 

This way both players can use the effect (like it should be with a field spell), it is more balanced and less confusing. Also I believe it to have a better OCG. Other than that I love the idea and the name, picture and effect really fit each other. Would like to see more cards like this.
