New Card:D Blackwing Support ~Shining Blackwing~

Activate only when a “Blackwing” monster you control is selected as an attack target. Pay 1000 Life Points Tribute that monster and Special Summon 1 “Blackwing” Synchor monster from your Graveyard. Destroy the Special Summoned monster during your End Phase, and Special Summon the Tributed monster in Defense Position.

OCG Fix:

Activate only when a "Blackwing" monster you control is selected as an attack target. Pay 1000 Life Points to Tribute that monster and Special Summon 1 "Blackwing" Synchro Monster from your Graveyard. Destroy the Special Summoned monster during the End Phase, and Special Summon the Tributed monster in Defense Position.

To start off, it's great for protecting a Blackwing. At a cost of 1000 and Tributing said Blackwing, you get to get out a bigger, more badder version of it, probably because that new bigger and badder version will be a Blackwing Synchro. During the End Phase, a switch happens, the Synchro goes back to the Grave, returning the Tributed monster, which is unique and fits the name and picture quite nicely. IMO though, it just makes Blackwings at tad more OP'd. 9.6/10

This may be the first balanced Blackwing card I've seen, in the TCG or otherwise. I mean, I hate Blackwings, but I can't hate this...I didn't like that you grab the Synchro, but you do destroy it, and even though you get the monster back, you still paid 1000 to do it.

 

Like seriously, most balanced BW support ever. 5 stars.
