It shouldn't matter how it gets removed from play, but since it is optional, being removed from play must be the last action to occur or it will miss the timing. Both Macro and D. Fissure should work.

Add Gigantes to the Cards that seem like they should work at first but don't category. I am sick of people who main him in ZeKat.dek. And D.D. Crow works, right? IF he does he will be a nice addition to the deck. He will be even more versatile.

There's nothing wrong with Gigantes in the main. If you built the deck right you like having removed from play monsters. Gig removing cat from play then return/ddr cat is a good play.

As long as the last thing to occur was all of them being removed from play, then yes, all of their timings are correct and can activate and chain together.
