Yusuf Alaseeri
I like them, there are a few OCG errors that say your first language isn't english, but overall they are nice cards, some are a bit overpowered, Sinbad, Maria Pita, benito soto aboal, ann mills. ⎣oshed~
Very nice. I like Waters myself. As Yusuf stated some are a bit OP and some OCG flaws proving your main lang. isn't English. Grade: A- (Boost for being Waters ;) )

NeosWiseman
OK, here is your other set. Pirates= nice theme. I think it might go to Pop Culture because of the pirates' names but no I won't be talking about that.My advice is to prepare for my long, annoying review. I'm sorry in advance ^^"Without God or Law: Your "Pirate" monsters on the field you control cannot be destroyed as a ressult of a in battle. I would add something more to this card as a drawback. Maybe something like: When there are no face-up "Pirate" monsters on your field, destroy this card. But that's just a suggestion. The Great and Furious Ocean: While this card is on the field, All the face-up "Pirate" monsters increase their ATK and DEF in 500 points gain 500 ATK and DEF. If you control 2 or more "Pirate" monsters, this card cannot be destroyed. In every During your Standby Phase, for every "Pirate" monster that you control, your Life Points increase in 500 points gain 500 Life Points.OK, this one seems too overpowered. A 500 boost + cannot be destroyed effect + healing + no drawback = overpoweredWhat I can recommend is making the boos 300 and the Life Points gaining 200-300 not more. And maybe again the same thing as the previous card - being destroyed when there is no Pirate monsters on your field. The Fury of the Pirates: Add 3 "Pirate" monsters form your Deck or Graveyard to your hand. Then, you gain 700 Life Points. During your End Phase, if you control a Synchro Monster on your field, you can add this card from your Graveyard to your hand. This is not right.... I'd remove the gaining effect and instead take 1000-1200 damage, because this effect is really powerful. You can also make something like discarding 2 cards to add 3 "Pirate" monsters from your Graveyard (from the Deck it will be too swarmy). Then, gain 700 Life Points. And then pay 300 Life Points when you control a Synchro to return the card to your hand. Something like that. But the idea is pretty nice, just has no cost. The Flying Dutch: Not much to say for a Ritual Spell. I can only tell you that Ritual Spells nowadays have additional effects when sent to the Graveyard and such.Pirate Sinbad: FLIP: Destroy 1 monster that your opponent controls. When this card is sent to your Graveyard, you can pay 500 Life Points to realize Special Summon to a 1 "Pirate" monster from your hand to your side of the field in face-up in Attack Position. Now this card is really good. Maybe you can limit the area of summonable monsters to Level 6 or lower. That's all. Nice card! ^_^Pirate Samuel Bellamy: Once per turn, during your Main Phase, you can add 1 "Pirate" monster from your Graveyard to your hand. This effect cannot be activated during the turn this card is Summoned. They are getting better and better. I honestly have nothing to say for the effect. It's too balanced to comment lol :DPirate Maria Pira: If this card inflicts Battle Damage to your opponent`s Life Points, increase the ATK of this card in by 300 points. Quite likable. A self boasting card. Great! :)Pirate Lady Mary Killigrew: If this card is targeted by a Spell Card effect, negate the effect and destroy that card. This card cannot be Special Summoned. During your _____ Phase, you can pay 500 Life Points to add this card from your Graveyard to your hand.Just add the phase. It's all good.Pirate Henry Morgan: If this card is successfully Ritual Summoned, reduce the ATK of all face-up monsters your opponent controls to 0 until the End Phase. To balance him out I would make it so that he cannot attack during this turn, because it could be an instant 2800 damage (scaryyyy... x_x). Or drop the attack to like 2000, but that's not a good idea. I'd use the first one.Pirate Grace Omalley: When this card is Normal or Flip Summoned, you can search add 1 "Pirate" monster on your Deck and put on to your hand. Then, shuffle your Deck. Good, a swarmer in a way. Now I'm waiting for the one that can Special Summon from the hand :D (I don't count Sinbad ;))Pirate Emi: Once per turn, during your Standby Phase, you can pay 700 Life Points to Special Summon 1 "Pirate" monster from your Graveyard in face-up Attack Position. This would be a really good effect if it wasn't for the high stats of this card. 1900 ATK and can Spacial Summon almost everything that is "Pirate". I suggest adding: Monsters Summoned by this effect cannot attack during the turn they are Summoned.; or simply change it to summon them in Defense Position. Still you can decrease the ATK of this one to1700-1800.Pirate Elizabeth Shirland: When this card attacks a monster in Defense Position, discard 1 random card from your opponent's hand. If the discarded card is a Spell Card, all face-up "Pirate" monsters you control gain 300 ATK and DEF until the End Phase.I added the underlined part, because if the effect is permanent it could go over the top. But this pirate is really good. Pirate Blackbeard: Version 1: 1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner "Pirate" monster(s)When this card is Synchro Summoned, you can add the Tuner monster you used to Syncrho Summon this card. Each time a "Pirate" monster is Summoned, you gain 400 Life Points.Version 2: 1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner "Pirate" monster(s)When this card is Synchro Summoned, you can add 1 of the non-Tuner monster(s) you used to Syncrho Summon this card. Each time a "Pirate" monster is Summoned, you gain 400 Life Points. There are two variant depending on what monster you meant in you effect. Retuning the Tuner might be abused by using it for another Synchro this turn. Returning the non-Tuner might be abused because of its effect or something like that. It's too optional here. I don't know what you will decide.Pirate Benito Soto Aboal: This card can attack your opponent directly. Each time this card inflicts Battle Damage to your opponent by attacking directly, you can add 1 card from your opponent's Graveyard to your hand. This could be really unbalanced, so maybe you should add that you cannot use the card during this turn. But the concept to use your opponent's cards is really nice. Especially the way you obtain them :lol:Pirate Antonia Maria de Soto: This seems overpowered. You like 1900 ATK, but for a Level 4 monster you shouldn't use it often. What I suggest here is something like this:If you control a face-up "Pirate" monster(s) on your field different from "Pirate Antonia Maria de Soto", you can Special Summon this card from your hand. If this card is Summoned this way, you can draw 1 card. And the ATK should go down to like 1600. This has to work just fine.Pirate Anne Dieu le Veut: While you control this face-up card, each time your opponent Normal or Special Summons a monster, you can draw 1 card.OK, here the 1900 ATK is really nice to keep the monster on the field. This card is really really good.Pirate Ann Mills: During your Main Phase, you can discard 2 cards from your hand to select 2 monsters your opponent controls and add them to their owner's Deck. The Deck is then shuffled. Seems balanced but the fact it's a Tuner really bothers me.... Maybe if it cannot be used for a Synchro Summon during this turn will make it even more balanced, but I'm not sure here so I don't want to mislead youPirate Ann Bonny: Face-up "Pirate" monsters you control are unaffected by your opponent's Monster Card effects.A protector,eh? Monsters nowadays are really dreadful in terms of effect not that much the stats. Every set needs a card like this one. ^_^ John Long Silver: When a face-up "Pirate" monster you control is selected as an attack target, you can pay 600 Life Points to negate the attack.Battle defender. A costly one but I think it's worth it. Nice!Brave Crew: All face-up pirate monsters you control gain 1000 ATK until the End Phase. Monsters Summoned after this card's activation are excluded. During the End Phase, return all face-up "Pirate" monsters you control to your Deck and shuffle it.I added a returning to the deck drawback effect, but the card still seems overpowered. It's just that 1000+ for all monsters is to much in general, because it can end the Duel in 1 turn (that's not good). Maybe a condition to activate it: This card can only be activated when your Life Points are 200 or less.Actually it makes sense to use "Brave Crew" when you're almost defeated :PAssault of the Privateers: Activate when your opponent Summons a monster. Destroy all face-up monsters on the field except for "Pirate" monsters. You basically clear the field for no cost. That's no fair play :DSkip your 1st Battle Phase after this card's activation. This should be a good price imo. So many card. I know that new members usually start making a lot of cards (I've seen a first set of over 200 cards.... *facepalm*), but some are different from the others - like yours for example. Ignoring the OCG mistakes (you'll learn to avoid them with time, don't worry ;)) your ideas are actually really nice and the cards you make are great.I'm sorry again for this long list of suggestions and stuff but when I see a nice set, I just can't help myself but make a thorough review. I'll be viewing this thread regularly for updates.I know you have a great potential, please don't lose it.I've seen so many excellent card maker here and watch them develop. I'm really glad. Now, have a good day and make some more nice cards! ^^ P.S.: Btw, you're getting 3x repped!

NeosWiseman
First, congrats on completing your first set. You can have it moved to Finished Sets (I think...)Now, onto the cards:Pirate Charlotte de Berry (the whole OCG change): When this card attacks directly, you can add 1 Tuner Monster from your Deck to your hand at the end of the Damage Step. "Pirate" monsters you control cannot be attacked by Level 8 or higher monsters. This one is really useful and for its stats it seems perfectly balanced. Nice job! Pirate Davy Jones (the whole OCG change): 1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters. When this card is Synchro Summon, destroy all monsters you control. Once per turn, during your Main Phase, you can pay 600 Life Points, then select 1 monster your opponent controls and return it to its owner´s hand. During your opponent's Standby Phase, you can remove from play 2 monsters from your Graveyard to increase your Life Points by 500.It was all good until I reached the last effect :D removing 2 monsters to gain only 500 points.... I'd make them 800 to 1000 if I had to choose. Think on thatPirate Sida Al Hurra: During your Main Phase, you can discard this card from your hand to increase your Life Points by 800. During your End Phase, if this card is in your Graveyard, you can destroy 2 monsters you control to Special Summon this card from your Graveyard in face-up Attack Position. Destroying 2 monsters? Do you mean tributing or destroying, because it's quite different :D And plus, you tribute 2 monsters to summon 1 that has no effect while on the field. Then, there is one thing to do - increase its original ATK. Make it let's say 2600 or something. That would doPirate Santiago de Salavarria: This card cannot be Special Summoned. If this card is used to Synchro Summon a monster and is sent to the Graveyard, you can pay 500 Life Points to shuffle this card into your Deck. This is nice. With some kind of support to retrieve it from your Deck for another Synchro Summon it could work just finePirate John Rackamby: This card gains 400 ATK for every "Pirate" monster removed from play. This is too weak in it's raw version (without the boost I mean) and Level 5. Make it Level 3 and it's all good, OR make its original ATK 1500-1600 and it will will out well too Pirate Dem Bones: During your Main Phase, you can Special Summon this card from your hand. If this card is Special Summoned by this way, this card is treated as a non-Tuner monster and cannot attack during the turn this card is Special Summoned. Now this is great Synchro support. I love it. Great job! ^_^ Pirate Debora Sampson: FLIP: Draw 1 card. Well... earhhh.... Nothing much to say indeed :D This one is like a Skelengel. You could eventually add another effect. I don't know, you decide. Imo it's too plain right now.Kidnapped: Once per turn, during your Main Phase, you can Tribute 1 monster you control to select 1 face-up monster your opponent controls with Level equal to or less than the Tributed monster's. Take control of the selected monster until your End Phase.Again with the destruction. Use tribute instead, OK :lol:The idea is good. The name and picture fit the effect perfectly. And the card doesn't seem imbalanced. Nice!So this is all can do. I'm glad you were able to finish your first set so quickly. Keep up the good work with your Mystic Dragons set. Bye! ;)
Archwing
Well other than the corrections stated by neosWiseman these cards are rather good for a new guygirl... First off i love the names, Second the pictures are all very fitting and good ect ect. Third the effects are good but some are very bland well others are awsome. 8.5/
tammytop16
i make a mistake with "Pirate John Rackamby". Level 4 and 1200 ATK. And the effect of this card is used with "Pirate Davy Jones". If you see, many cards must used combinated to see their real power.
NeosWiseman
I see now. That would work fine too. :)And I can see they work together. It's like absolutely obvious

Sotos
All cards are great... 9.5/10! I believe that "Soto" in some pirates' names is a coincidence...
NeosWiseman
I thought it was finished but I definitely don't mind commenting a few more cards. Now, let's start with Pirate Lord Frank:1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters. While this card is face-up on the field, Quick-Play Spell Cards cannot be activated. If this card is destroyed by an opponent`s Spell Card, you can randomly discard 2 cards from your opponent`s hand. This guy could be useful, but if the enemy knows that by destroying him they will discard 2 card, they will most certainly try to avoid it somehow. Anyway, it's good! And, please, change monster to monsters. In the first card. ;)Oh, and also End Phase is not dashed: End Phase
O.B. Palomino
nobody comments. So, that´s mean that you don´t like my cards. :( These are good cards, and the pictures are awesome.
