Original Effect:

1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters

You can Normal Summon Sea Serpent-Type monsters from your Graveyard. When a Sea Serpent-Type monster is destroyed by battle, destroy all cards on the field.

Comments from Author:

-Trivia: This is the second exclusive support for Sea Serpents (The other being Deep Sea Diva)

-Google Lusca.

it may look op'ed, but are their really any sea serpent types out their, don't think the creators give any love to the type and like pretty much stopped making them, if it were a larger type like warriors i would say it was op'ed, but this seems fair to me because i don't think their are that many sea serpents, not bad but 6.5/10

It's an easy Summon LV 5 synchro that essentially has a bomb effect.

Plus the N.S from Graveyard just seems overpowered ._.

It's not quite a S.S, but it saves wasting cards. Plus:

Special Summoning a monster without any requirements is OP'd. Adding another effect to it is just too Powerful. It should be something about paying life points or whatever to Special Summon, just to balance it.

"Normal Summon" ¬_¬

Anyway, very rare to see a support for Sea-Serpents. Obviously. And this is a damn good one I'd say. Turns all the sea critters into suicide nukes. I like it. Personally, I think it is far from OP'd, and would so justice to the often neglected type.

9/10

You know, reading helps the brain a lot. Instead of making a fool of yourself, you could've read the effect again, and you would've noticed that it says Normal Summon, not Special Summon

According to your rate, it's not OP. So why'd you shave off 3.5 points?

Why to destroy all cards on the field? O.O

Also Normal Summon from graveyard? I can summon with ATK 3000 with that effect!

I'll remove the 0.99 points. D:

The highest Sea Serpent is 2900 ATK. And it requires 2 tributes.

FTW you stole my idea, i had a similar idea to Normal Summon monsters from the grave but for both players -_- lol (but i really did have that idea

Anyways nice card

It is Oped but basing that you can still only Normal Summon 1 time a turn unless by card effect makes it balanced

But the last effect is Oped..kinda but it is balanced

so 9.7634/10

Yeah....

OP cards are actually not considered balanced

And sorry for stealing you idea. I couldn't resist reading your mind ^^

Disappointed

No reps for Jay D:

ehh =/ you guys are pretty dumb. When you "Normal" Summon from the Gaveyard, it's not "Special" Summoning, so please stop critisizing for that. You still must make the tributes for tribute monsters, and you still must use up your Normal Summon for that turn. This card is perfectly ballanced, with onyl 1900 ATK, and say you did normal summon, and then that Sea-Serpent was destroyed, this Synchro would be destroyed also, a good way to counter this card. Great job jay jay, keep em commin. 10/10.

It is a nice one, you don't really see many Sea Serpents nowadays. Perhaps you could balance it by requiring a Sea-Serpent Tuner (that is, Deep Sea Diva)? As it is right now, though; I'd say it is OP'd. Normal Summon the Tuner back from the Graveyard, and you have Brionac! OR, you Summon it, attack a monster with higher ATK and KAPUT! Field clear? It seem a little bit exaggerate for a Level 5, don't you think?
