Jаy Jаy
You can't Normal Summon Synchros.
Mugendramon
Sigh... I mean: You Synchro Summon it, bring back the Tuner from the Graveyard, and Synchro another one. Better?
Jаy Jаy
I suppose... But how would you summon brio? Plus, Rose is insta field clear.
Mugendramon
But it's a Lv 7. Brio requires no specifications, and is a Level 6. I insist requiring a Sea Serpent Tuner would balance it out perfectly. To summon Brionac: Your Synchro Normal Summons Deep Sea Diva, and you get the 6 Stars required. zzuxon
sea serpents are an abandoned type & I support this card as a result. To my knowledge, other lost types include reptile, insect, thunder, pyro, dinosaur & plant.

~Jay~
It could be a bit Op'd. Since you can Summoning from your Graveyard and destroy everything on the field quite easily. Maybe increasing it's Level? I'm not sure to be honest, I'd prob be limited if anything :/
