Hmm, it's effect seems too conditional for an eight star monster without an alternate summoning option. I, for one, would either remove the offering of a pyro monster and keep the rest or Make him easier to summon.

 

7/10 as is since it's not a bad card. It could just be better.

Well, I'd say make the effect more creative but then I'd realize that not all good cards have to be creative.

Maybe you could improve on your OCG?

I think this is the OCG fix though I'm not sure it's 100% right.

 

When this card is destroyed by battle, you can tribute 1 FIRE monster you control to Special Summon this card during your next Standby Phrase. If this card is Special Summoned by its own effect, decease its ATK by 600.

 

Anyways, I think you should lower the stars.

He, thanks. Alright, updated it (Changed it to 400 instead of 600, cause I thought 2300 was a wee bit low.

I say that it's ATK should increase. Tributing a monster is a pretty hefty cost that should reap good benefits.

Well, it's only one monster required for tribute, and you can do this as many times as you want now. Besides, he's still a decent monster with 2500 ATK.

if its something like -inflict damage to your opponent equal to the original ATK of the tributed monster used to Special Summon this card by its effect -then yeah that would be Oped
