Finally bought a Border Template and some holos and i went through a tut too learn how to make colorful cards, so heres the first holo/border card i make.

 

Hope it don't go to waste..

 

 

Once per turn, during your Standby Phase, you can Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower "Pokemon" monster from your hand. As long as you control 3 or more "Pokemon" monsters (excluding this card), this card cannot be selected as an attack target and is unaffected by Spell, Trap, and Effect Monster's effects.

If this card is Special Summoned by "Ash Ketchum, Master of Pokemon's" effect, place 1 Evolution Counter on this card. After controlling this card for 1 turn, you can Tribute this card with 1 Evolution Counter on it to Special Summon 1 "Charmeleon' monster from your hand.

 

This card can only be Special Summoned. During your Battle Phase, by Tributing 1 FIRE monster you control, increase the ATK of this card by 500 until the end of your opponent's next Battle Phase.

 

This card can only be Normal Summoned by Tributing 1 "Charmeleon" monster. If you control "Ash Ketchum, Master of Pokemon", increase the ATK of this card by 200. When this card destroys a monster, destroy 1 face-down Spell or Trap Card. If the destroyed card was a Spell Card, increase this card's ATK by 100.

Well I like the picture actually. The effect might be a little too much with making him invincible, but I'll close my eyes for that *looks the other way*

Shouldn't it be level 4 or lower, so that way people still have to tribute for 5s?

Well, we can't say for sure that Level 5 or lower made it much overpowered, because we have no idea how powerful these "Pokemon" monsters are. It's quite hard to judge it in this aspect :unsure:

Pikachu seems overpowered. When he is Summoned the easy way he gets a boost - doesn't really make much sense <_<

Charmander is good (although I have to see Charmeleon first to be sure); counter should be capitalized.

Good job, but adjust Pikachu a little to balance him out ;)
