-Griffin
You could remove the cost, and I still only think it'd be used in Tuningware.dek as a 4th-6th De-Synchro. Currently, the first effect is useless entirely since you could just tribute the monster for a Tribute Summon anyway. This really needs something to make up for both effects being rather lackluster and -2s =s

-Griffin
At a -2? No, never. Entirely unviable.
Zeaux
Cost Down is better than the first effect. Second one I don't know, since I don't play with Synchros, but seems under powered IMO. You lose 1 monster to activate this card, then you lose another one to get probably 2 low leveled monsters. Maybe make this card a Quick-Play/Trap Card and make the Synchro monster be returned to the field during the End Phase. It is like a protection for your Synchros.
