Choosing Stories for my new set

Hello everybody of YCM I have the idea of making a set based of off Fairy Tales in my Grimms Fairy Tale Book but I have so many i don't know which ones to choose I know the first one Is Briar Rose but the others I can't figure out so here is the list of the rest of the Fairy Tales and if anyone wants to help me decide just say the title of the Tale
