Name: Itsu Solace (Original)

Age: Unknown, but she appears to be 20.

Gender: Female

Physical Description/Picture: You should know how she looks, but a picture is coming soon!

Race: Human (albeit barely)

Faction: Sanctum

Deck Type: Glory Heroes (http://ycm.wikia.com/wiki/Glory_Heroes)

Ace Card: Glory Hero - Tabris

Biography: Itsu is a time-travelling troubleshooter who fixes any problems in a world. She was originally from another dimension, but she found an ancient artifact after her dimension was destroyed, and after turning evil for a while, she wants to redeem herself for her sins. Now, she's landed in this strange post-apocalyptic world, a type of alternate reality she very rarely visits, to find something to recharge her amulet, before she loses the ability to cross the universal gap.

What is with people and wanting OOD (Out Of Dimension) characters? I mean, Zai made a rather complicated world and you, Merciful, and Trimage all at one point have tried to use an OOD character. Merciful's did get accepted on the second try, but I don't get why it's NEEDED to have a foreigner to the dimension. I mean, is it really too difficult to orchestrate the intended world into a character's backstory without bringing in the reality/time/dimension warpers?

I haven't the foggiest whether or not that's "better" or worse. That's Zai's call.

Finalfan: *sigh* What is with all the time/dimension travelers? Honestly, I don't see a point in it. In any case, not accepted. Not only is the bio a little too vague, short, and a tad confusing, but the character is recycled. I believe you applied to e6 with her as well. I have no problem with people adapting their old characters' backstories and histories to the world, but just cuting and pasting characters in doesn't sit right with me.

Itsu has came from a long line of RPs. To me, the point of time-space dimensional travelers is fun. Protheus is a sixty-thousand-year-old person. And one single year of this and that will barely get him any personality development. And so I made him go through one thousand years of development, and the only way to do that was to rip his soul into a trizillion pieces and send every one of them across the multiverse. And each of them had their own memories and personality, while having the original's personality. And when Protheus was put back together, that was when personality could finally develop. But to tell the truth, he traveled through time and space before then, but that was Marluxia's idea. And I don't know why he planned the guy to be a time-space traveler, all I know is what I plan for him. And now I only plan for Protheus in the next ReturnOf RP. Marluxia has left and so....yeah.

I don't know why FinalFan does it though, all I know is that CardMaster13 and Trimage like following his ideas, and I also followed his idea in one of my secondary characters, Ran. But that guy only traveled one world, before getting stuck on that one foreverafter, effectively killing him. But Protheus was planned shortly during the first 'Ro' RP by Marluxia, while Itsu was planned in the second.

Something like that. I personally see no problem. Itsu's entire backstory is a little big.

Well, that's all fine and good for you guys, but i don't care for the idea. To me, it just looks like a way to easily get around creating and developing new characters by connecting every rp to the same multiverse and having the old character randomly fall into the rp's world. Not only that, but it allows for other rp's stories, villans, and even some world mechanics to enter into an otherwise different world and cause havoc, both in the world itself and for the rpers. I don't know if I speak for everyone, but it seems like that undermines the creator's efforts to come up with a new world, and story behind it by interjecting the plotlines from other rps.

And my personal opinion is that the persistent re-use of Itsu, Prometheus, etc is annoying as hell. You two are superb RPers, there is no doubt about that, but I recall several recent RPs I've been in involving the both of you with such characters where nearly everything either of you said or did had nothing to do with the RP in question, but about past references to other RPs or just utter non-sequiturs, in some cases breaking the fourth wall. It has gotten to the point of a pet peeve of mine.

While you may be able to keep developing and reusing the characters, I often feel their use limits or outright hinders interactions with other RPers and characters. In fact, the only time I see there being unhindered interactions is when you're interacting with each other, at which point it just doesn't make sense. Hence my term "The Non-Sequitur Duo". And I seriously don't see any advantage to being Out of Dimension/Timeline characters.

I agree with Evilfusion here. The time traveling gets old.

In other news, we need newborn, so I made a second character. Massive Pic FTW!

1. Name: Kalin Malahand

2. Age: 24

3. Gender: Male

4. Physical description/Picture: fdf6b03e88a55dee2b83a6f39a0061c11235330242_full.png

5. Race: Newborn

6. Faction: Lokistan (God Bearer)

7. Deck type: Worms

8. Destined Card: The Wicked Avatar

9. Ace Card: Worm King

10. Biography: Kalin lived far away from the epicenter of the Negative energy wave that swept across the globe. However, the force of the wave was still strong enough to destroy his hometown. He lost his parents in the disaster, and the negative energy permeating the planet transformed Kalin into a newborn, causing him to lose some of his memory. After this traumatic event, Kalin grabbed his father's former deck and headed out of what was left of town, not knowing where he was going or what he was going to do. He wandered the wastelands for about 8 months, and was on the verge of death by starvation when a patrol of soldiers from the then fledgeling nation of Lokista found him. Seeing that Kalin was a newborn, the group rescued the young boy and brought him back to Sinargue, the Lokistan capital, and got him lifetime citizenship. He has been living there all his life, and during that time Kalin grew to be a powerful duelist, and was selected to bear the Wicked Avatar. Kalin frequently leaves the country on expeditions to the wastelands, both militarily and for his own reasons. Kalin has a calm personality, and is a man of few words.. He is stern, and isn't provoked easily. Kalin's eye color is a side effect of the negative energy in his body. He wears loose, comfortable clothing with Lokistan symbols on them. He also has a passion for sci-fi novels, and reads whatever materials he can find. Because of this, he can often be found reading a book.
