Also, most Level 10 monsters are stronger than it statwise - either that or they have kickass effects. Anyways, the concept is nice, though I feel that it is too risky. It's drawing a card to get rid of card. Plus, it's too hard to Summon. I think you should either ditch the Special Summon effect or simply make it easier to summon.Anyways, nice try!
