This is a boost? for Psychic-Type monsters. I really like them, I use them often, so I made this card.

You have slight OCG errors. post the lore and i'll fix it. Card looks and is good though, although i think it should be a Level 6.

Imo seems a bit underpowered with the summoning conditions. Not bad though, creative effect. KIU. ^_^

Underpowered? It's not, when you Special Summon it in Defense Position and use it's effect (Decrease ATK), you don't have to pay any Life Points to activate those effects that Psychic-Type monsters have :D...That's the real thing I had on my mind, so I made its DEF 2500. :). But I'm glad you like the card.

Yeah I agree, but not many effects I know have to pay. That being said, if you have a card like Cyber Stein (ignore that he's banned), this card could be very useful. ^_^ So it may be a bit situational, hence imo, being up'ed. But it can be seen from both perspectives.

Well, Catman, you forget most Psychics have effects requiring you to pay Life Points, aside from the Synchros, who restore them.
