[spoiler=Lore]When this card is Summoned, you can Tribute 1 face-up monster you control to select 1 card in your opponent's Graveyard and add it to your hand. Once per turn, you can decrease this card's ATK or DEF by 400 to switch the Battle Position of 1 face-up monster. When this card is destroyed, you can Special Summon 1 monster from your Graveyard. It's effect is negated and it's ATK is halved.

But all joking aside, it's good. Real good. Would go with my Cubasaur I made a while back. Still, the only thing that's unclear to me is: When his ATK is decreased, is it permanent or does it come back later?

If my question is answered, only then will I rate.

His attack is decreased as long as he is face-up on the field. But it's not for the whole Duel. If he's sent to the Graveyard, he basically resets.

My problem with this card and many many many others like it is that it has an AWESOME PIC, the OCG is good and the general craftmanship of the card is good HOWEVER the effect is good but completely random. It just seems like you tried too hard to give this card an awesome effect to correspond with the great picture, but as a result the effect is muddled and as I have said before completely random. I suggest give it a theme and don't give so many added and random effects. But this is by no means a poor card I like it but I have seen too many cards like this ruined by rushed and muddled effects.
