I'm gonna save my usual rating for later. I just need to get a couple of points in and then after revision I'll rate. Your first card is OP'd beyond belief. It is literally a walking, practically unstoppable Lightning Vortex. The only partially balancing thing is when you attack, it switches to defense, which is good...but if I played it, I wouldn't bother with an attack if that would happen. I would rewrite it so that after that effect activates it gets switched to defense mode. As for the second, I like it. It reminds me a lot of Fortune Fairies. Other than that, I think these are well made cards and the OCG is from what I saw spot on. Just revise the first and you're fine.

The 1st one is somewhat OP'd and balanced... since you can use a lightning vortex but it switches to def position when attacks, thats sort of balance.

The 2nd one is monstruously OP'd with his last effect... "...When this card is removed from the field by a card effect, you can Special Summon 1 Dragon-Type monster from your Deck or graveyard" This means you can Special Summon ANY dragon from either your deck or your graveyard... how about if you Special Summon another one of this guys? or even when he is used as a Synchro material...
