My New Set.

This Set is about Low-No ATK so all the cards will be based around that fact.

 

So here is my First card, it'll be the start.

OCG / Common Sense:

half = halve

 

Effect:

Decreasing the Level of all monsters in your hand by 2 is quite beneficial. Purely because it gives Level 5-6 no need for a Tribute, and gives Level 7+ only 1 Tribute. The cost though can be quite steep, since the halving of the ATK stat is permanent, even making a 3000 beater as low as 1500, making the user wonder if the card would be worth the effect at first glance. I'm also guessing the effect of halving the ATK stat of your monsters won't effect monsters with 0 ATK, correct?

 

Usefulness / Balance:

The closest thing I can see for this card is being used as tech. Mainly because it can benefit in Decks that have a decent amount of High Level monsters, but then, even if that Deck has a few High Levels monsters, would they really need have this card just to lower their Summoning Costs just a bit? This card does seem balanced, but in quite the way mainly because of the permanent halving of the ATK for the permanent lowering of monsters in your hand by 2.

Effect: 3/4

Usefulness / Balance: 2.1/4

Overall: 7/10

Well seeing as how you cannot half 0 , it wouldn't effect that. I forgot to state Original ATK as well. There are going to be other cards added to this Set that will inflict damage.

xD thats a pokemon from B&W but this card has nothing to do with pokemon so...effect is pretty useful, but in a way OP'd since you can reduce the level of an 8 stared monster into a 6 making it a 1 tribute monster so yea...my vote 7.3/10

Oh well io think it's just fine cuz of your monsters ATK gets Halfed so even if you do get out your stronger monsters you'll end up needing the effect again. It also helps for Synchro Summoning if you think about it.

If the entire deck was built around low/no atk monsters and good level 5 and six monsters, i think this card would be quite useful. I really dont have a strong opinion about this card so i cant say much. To me this card looks like it should be a water type not light but its your call. overall rating 6.5/10
