Effect:

It's a nice card that gives nice hand control/advantage at the costs of removing from play this card that you control. Can be beneficial for your opponent though, helping them fill up their Graveyard for an upcoming combo and whatnot. Otherwise, can really force your opponent to discard some cards they plan on using if they don't have any other choices, so I guess somewhat situational? :/

 

Usefulness / Balance:

Can't think of any specific Decks this can be used in, but the balance is well, balanced. So I just question what Decks would use it in, or out of the current Meta. Maybe would be better if it was a Tuner perhaps? Just a thought / suggestion / whatever. So the usefulness of this card is quite questionable for me.

A great question. I wish I had a clear answer.

 

All my images I uploaded previously were on my old laptop, which went kaput. My new laptop has a few new things, but I rarely actively search for art much anymore. I have a few new images, but I'm not motivated much to do anything with them, except an occasional card creation, like I did today and yesterday.

 

I don't know if I'll update it again.
