They make me feel cosy and also I feel secure because I can see everything around me. On the contrary, I hate wide-open spaces because I can never see everything around me without turning my head. I have a phobia for House Spiders (just House Spiders, I'll happily pick up a tarantula). It's to do with their shape and thin pointy legs.
