NecroShadow
Effect:This card can be Special Summoned when there are only monsters on your opponent's side of the field. This card gains 600 ATK and DEF for each "Phoenix" monster removed from play. Also each turn, you may destroy one card on your opponent's side of the field and inflict 500 points of damage to your opponent. Effect:This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by sending one "Phoenix" monster to the graveyard while "Phoenix's World" is on the field. During your Battle Phase, if this monster attacks a monster on your opponent's side of the field, halve that monster's ATK points. If this monster still doesn't succeed in destroying the monster, inflict 800 points of damage to your opponent and destroy the targeted monster. Effect: Pay half your life points to destroy every non-Phoenix monster on the field. Then, inflict 100 points of damage to your opponent for each monster destroyed. Effect:When this card is successfully summoned onto the field, activate one of the following effects:-Destroy a monster on the field-Inflict 800 points of damage to your opponent. Also, during your Battle Phase, if this card attacked, send it to the graveyard at the end of your turn. Effect:When this card is successfully summoned onto the field, inflict 300 points of damage to your opponent for each Spell or Trap on his or her side of the field. Also, increase this monster's ATK by 400 for each Spell or Trap on your side of the field. If there are no Spells or Traps on either side of the field during either effect, send this card to the graveyard to Special Summon one level 6 or lower "Phoenix" monster from your hand. Effect:When this card is successfully summoned onto the field, all "Phoenix" monsters in your hand will require one less sacrifice to be summoned onto the field. Also, by removing from play a level four or lower "Phoenix" monster from your graveyard, you can have this card gain its effect and be treated like the card removed from play. Effect:This card can only be activated when there at least three "Phoenix" monsters in the graveyard. Once per turn, while this card is on the field, you can activate one of the following effects:-Destroy one card on the field-Halve your opponent's life points-Negate the activation of a Spell card that targets a "Phoenix" monster. Also, for every turn that this card remains on the field, inflict 400 points of damage to your opponent. Effect:This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by sending "Phoenix's World" to the graveyard while there are at least seven "Phoenix" monsters on the field or in the graveyard. During your Battle Phase, this card can attack all your opponent's monsters at once. This monster's ATK is always 100 points higher than the strongest monster on the field. Also, by changing the attack targets to only one monster, this card can't be affected by Traps.

-Athena-
You do know that there's a 24hr rule on bumping right? If not, you've been warned. And I don't know how or why you made those cards small.....and we're asking you to make it normal size so we can see the picture better. You have lots of OCG errors. The name and pictures are pretty boring to me.Most of your cards are balanced. The effect are okay. Some are creative while some are just unoriginal. These cards are awesome for starters. Keep it up :) I'll give you a 7/10. Your card have officially been rated by -Athena-
