If this is your first card then... Please, I will help you (I'm new too, but I read some OCG tuts. ;) )

 

OCG:: When this card is successfully summoned, Tribute 2 monsters **Ulamog has ATK and DEF switched* <---- WTF does that even mean?** OMG this card is so crap OCG and can't understand it and can't fix it for you.

 

 

Some other things have flaws, like your image... It's blurry and you should use DeviantART, Photobucket, or 1 of the Archives here. **for archives go to Graphic Design ; select Showcase ; should be first couple of posts**

 

 

You also have fake type: For this card maybe use: Fiend

this is very bad, i can see that devostee tried to help. but this card is too confusing for people to fix
