The inspiritation behind Hertex is the Tuner monster Trust Guardian (http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Trust_Guardian). I am looking for: 1.) Effect Balance2.) ATK/DEF reasonability3.) Usefulness This Set is small now, but I am going to expand it to include about 5-7 effect monsters and 2-3 fusion monsters (all Summoned via Fine Tuning). PLEASE RATE!! This card can only be Special Summoned from the Extra Deck by activating "Fine Tuning" and tributing "Hertex Lancer". When this card is used to Synchro Summon a monster, that monster gains the following effect(s): =During battle between this attacking card and a Defense Position monster whose DEF is lower than the ATK of this card, inflict the difference as Battle Damage to your opponent's Life Points. =Once per turn, if this monster attacks a Defense Position monster, destroy it without flipping it up or calculating battledamage by this effect and the destroyed monter's effect(s) are negated. Inflict damage equal to the destroyed monster's level x 150. If 2 or more "Hertex" monsters you control are used for a Synchro Summon, their effects are negated. If this card is used to Synchro Summon a monster, that monster gains the following effect: During battle between this attacking card and a Defense Position monster whose DEF is lower than the ATK of this card, inflict the difference as Battle Damage to your opponent. If 2 or more "Hertex" monsters you control are used for a Synchro Summon, their effects are negated. When this card is used to Synchro Summon a monster, that monster gains the following effect: When this card battles, increase its ATK by 800 during the Damage Step. Select and tribute 1 monster you control. Special Summon 1 Fusion Monster from your Fusion Deck whose Summoning Conditions require the tribute of the selected monster.
