2. Even though I can't see the card, the name suggests that this should be in Realistic Cards, rather than Pop Culture.

Your card is nice but maybe you should add like a cost or a risk to using the effect like pay 500 life points to destroy all Non-Dragon Type monsters on the field

or for the risk you could use something like if the effect is stoped discard one dragon monster from your hand those are only suggestions of course but some people might consdier that dragon overpowered I don't though 9/10

Thanks for uploading it. Maybe the effect should be like destroy every Dragon-type instead of NON Dragon-type. And again, this should be in the realistic cards, not Pop Culture.

I love this card, very creative. My only problem is the fact that it is hugely OP'd. You need to change the summoning conditions otherwise good card.

Pop culture cards are based on anime and such, and because Blue Eyes White Dragon isn't only in the card game but also in the anime, it still works. Although you're right. Since it is based on a Yu-Gi-Oh! card... Realistic makes more sense.

Personally, I think you should do a few things.

"When this card is summoned in any way" might be good, but I'm not sure.

ALSO, you should relate this card, and make it so that it can be special summoned, with another Blue-Eyes card.

card a bit op'd and i think maybe changing it to "this card can't be normalsummoned or set.this card cannot be special summoned except by X condition. when this card is special summoned, destroy all non-dragon typemonster on your opponents side of the field." you can make X 1 of a variety of summoning conditions, but make it a somewhat difficult way to special summon this card.

Get a better pic? its a good enough pic as it is... but the add to the effect part, i agree with... like stated above, add something to like add a BEWD or BESD (Blue Eyes Shining Dragon) to your hand from your Deck

Hmm, how about:

This card cannot be normal summoned or set. This card cannot be special summoned except by tributing one 'Blue Eyes White Dragon' you control. By paying 1000 Life Points, send all non-Dragon type monsters to the graveyard.
