Effect: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by the effect of "Phoenix Baby". During each Standby Phase, draw 2 cards. If at least 1 card is a FIRE monster, inflict 500 damage to your opponent. If not, add all cards in your hand to your Deck and shuffle it. Then, draw 5 cards and then you must wait two turns before using this effect again

 

Effect:This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by the effect of "Phoenix Baby". When this card attacks, place 1 Winter Counter on it (max. . You can remove 4 Winter Counters to have this card gain 700 ATK until the End Phase. This card cannot be destroyed by spell or trap cards after 2 Winter counters have been removed

Phoenix Baby

 

You can Tribute this card to Special Summon 1 "Red Phoenix" or 1 "Winter Phoenix" [from your hand/from your Deck/from your Graveyard/that is removed from play]. This card cannot be destroyed by battle.

Red Phoenix

 

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by the effect of "Phoenix Baby". During each Standby Phase, draw 2 cards. Winter Phoenix

 

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by the effect of "Phoenix Baby". When this card attacks, place 1 Winter Counter on it (max. 8). You can remove 4 Winter Counters to have this card gain 700 ATK until the End Phase.

 

You need to state where you are Special Summoning "Red Phoenix" or "Winter Phoenix" from.

 

Red Phoenix is overpowered, since it makes it way too easy to get good Fire monsters from your Deck.

 

On the other hand, Winter Phoenix can be too easily destroyed by your opponent's Spells and/or Traps, rendering the whole Winter Counter preparation useless.

 

Good attempt, but there are some things in both cards that you need to patch up.

See, I don't give #/# ratings, because they unjustly give a very broad view of the cards themselves.

 

I find that your cards are getting better, but you still need to fix some things, as I had mentioned above.
