The Dark Knight
First, if this has already been done please don't hold it against me; I tried looking this up and I didn't come up with anything. Anyway so I just got a thought for an amazing "lock" deck using spellcasters and dragons. Problem is I am not too good at building decks. It doesn't usually go well for me. I just need some help building this. The goal is to have spellcaster and dragon type monsters in the same deck to create a powerful lock. The goal is to get Secret Village of the Spellcasters and Royal Decree out while you have Dark Paladin on the field to prevent your opponent from using spells or traps (SVotS and RD), but still allowing you to use spells. At the same time, you get a decent amount of dragons into your graveyard and power up Dark Paladin. The only weak point being monster effects. Again, I'm sorry if I'm being ignorant and this has already been done and I just don't know about it.
Legend Zero
The reason nobody does this is because Dark Palidan in all honesty is a bad card. Dragons and Spellcasters don't mix at all with the few cards that can be used between them. A deck built around these two deifferent types will result in utter fail due to lack of synergy. I do however remember a n00b not to long ago who posted a deck which made me want to hurt myself. Which leads my tangent into the area of people thinking their decks good because they "win against their friends". In short, this kind of deck can't be made until more support for Dragons and Spellcaters together is created.

It may end up being terrible, but I at least want to try it and (if that's the case) see it for myself. I'm in the process of building it and I'll be testing it later to fine tune it. Any support or ideas would be much appreciated, otherwise someone just close this topic please.

e.x.l.t.
You're welcomed.I hope it works for you :) But with the September banlist confirmed you might want to just add a second MST and Dark Hole or something. Monster Reborn is awesome as well.
