Can level 9 normal monsters be summoned by tributing 2 monsters ?

"When Summoned" should be different but I am not sure what should it be. I can think of many ways to make this summon very useful so after the suppurt it may need more drawback. 7.5/10.

Nice card most will give you some grief on the card being stronger then B.E.s but i don't really care.

The last effect for the support is kinda OPed perhaps add self inflicting damage
