.Frostpaw
So, my grandfather bought and installed Defender Pro 5 in 1 (virus disguised as an antivirus) yesterday. Today, I tried syncing my apps & music from my iPod Touch to my iTunes account on their computer, and it wouldn't work. To top things off, it erased all apps & music on my iPod Touch. He removed the Anti-virusVirus from the computer, and my music synced over to my iPod Touch. For some reason, the apps won't. How can I get those back onto my iPod Touch. I can't find anything online, and in all honesty, I want to send it in to Apple, as I jailbroke it. I managed to remove Cydia and the jailbroken apps, but I'm not sure all of the evidence of the jailbreak is gone. ~XxHighVoltagexX
RestLess-BoTics
Reset your iPod to its' factory settings. Then attempt a complete restore. If this doesn't work, then delete the apps, reinstall the apps, or search for the purchased apps in the iTunes store and install from there. If all else fails, reset your iPod to factory settings again, but don't restore it this time. Just sync it with a few apps that still aren't working, then go to an apple store and schedule a genius appointment. That way, there's no evidence that you jailbroke your device. Good luck. .Frostpaw
By complete restore, do you mean not use an old backup, and choose "new iPod?" Thanks. :) EDIT: Yayz, I got them back!
