If your opponent does not control a Toon Monster, this card can attack your opponent directly. If this card successfully attacks your opponent directly, place 1 Spell Counter on 1 "Toon World" you control. If "Toon World" were to be destroyed, remove 1 Spell Counter from it instead.

I like it,

Pic- not quite gaia but close enough for a toon
effect- very good i like it, i especially like the protection given to toon world that was a nice touch
ocg- near perfect bits and bobs here and there but in the end i just think different people have different views on OCG i actually dont think there is a 100% correct way to do it.
