burnpsy
I have a rather simple plan for next format. The way it currently looks, I'm either running Herald or Morphs next format, so I'm building both, testing them online, looking at the prices for what I need, and deciding which one gets me more for my money. In any case, I'm probably doing this all wrong. A little help? GenzoTheHarpist
Regular Happy Herald seems a lot more consistent than this.
...I can see why that would appear to be the case, but I'm fairly sure that this deck doesn't run at all similarly to it. If I'm not mistaken, Happy Herald simply uses Herald with some battle protection and negates stuff wile using Salvage/Factory to replenish their hand. This deck uses Herald for its negation, but not as a central focus - more focus is placed on putting one strong monster out after another. It's quite fun to play Zerato, Herald, Chaos Sorcerer and Dark Valkyria in the same turn... Or even a smaller bit of it, like Zerato + Herald or Sorcerer + Herald. With any of them next to Herald, the opponent's monsters can just be cleared out and run over.
GenzoTheHarpist
I know. And that seems less consistent than Happy Herald. I may understand your desire to make something different, but if you're looking for the best deck you can on a budget, it doesn't make much sense to be creative if it weakens the deck.
Allow me to rephrase. If even one Krystia was completely out of the question, how would one run Happy Herald. I'm well aware that one rune 3 Kristya. That's the problem - I'm not spending $180 USD + cash conversion in order to get a single playset of any card. burnpsy
As Genzo had no answer, I messed with this deck so it would be slightly closer to how regular old Happy Herald works. BUMP
