I thought the effect was pretty original.
Not sure if it's OP'd or not.
OCG fixes would be appreciated.

Uh, you got my effect wrong. I never once mentioned use of the Deck in my card.
And that "to the Graveyard thing" was meant to be "in" the Graveyard. My mistake.

I used Deck, hand, and graveyard because it said "all cards' and "in" was "to".
OCG fix in previous comment is fixed.

Good card, but I'd say at the start of the effect: "This card cannot be Special Summoned except by it's own effect."

The pic also includes a Warrior, and the dragon itself isn't even remotely Grave-like.

You didn't specify which mosnter's effect is negated, the "it" in the sentence can rever to both.
