♥Łövëły-Ċħän♥
I can't see why it would be unbalaced o.O it's Target has to be the exact level of the removed monster so it's destruction range is shorter than the usual (which actually may UP it since it cant attack after). So >> Yea its definitly not OP but may be UP either way I like :3 [♥]
Anbu-of-Sand
Midnight Striker OCG / Common Sense: OCG is flawless. No errors whatsoever. Effect / Originality: Simple card that can be very effect. Removing from play a monster in the Graveyard to destroy a monster on the field with the same Level. Recycling those monsters can be easily used through cards like Burial from the Different Dimension, or swarmed out through cards like Return from the Different Dimension. As another drawback, the card can't attack after activating said effect, which I guess is good since this is also an 1800 beater. Somehow I think I've read an effect like this before. Usefulness / Balance: Quite useful. Abusable in Decks that can easily fill up the Graveyard. Lightsworns, DAD Decks, and such. The balance on here is somewhat confusing. Seeing it's more specific than the general cards that destroy monsters, might be a hassle to pull off. Most likely you'll be popping a few Level 4 or lowers. But would work great with Foolish Burial. So I guess this is balanced. **Edit** Just figured out you can use this as much as you want per turn. Making this somewhat abusable...which may be OP'd in certain ways but that's why I like it :3 Ratings: OCG / Common Sense: 2/2 Effect / Originality: 3.8/4 Usefulness / Balance: 3.7/4 Overall: 9.5/
Neariox
How many times can you use the effect per turn. If you can use it as many times as you want and you have alot of monsters in the graveyard you can wipe out the others players monsters in one turn. Good card besides that. Zeaux
It was supposed to use the effect any time you want, because it must be the same Level of the destroying monster and cannot declare an attack, that could be a great draw back for a 1800 ATK monster. LRPXD
So basically you can activate this card's effect even if it's your opponent's turn. Hmmm maybe it will be less op'd if you typed the effect this way: Once per turn during your Main Phase, Remove from play 1 monster from your Graveyard and destroy face-up 1 monster on the field whose Level is equal to the removed from play monster's Level. This card cannot declare an attack during the turn you activate this effect. Overall I like this card it's useful for decks like Lightsworn as Anbu pointed out and ironically I created a set that utilizes the effect of being removed if this card was in my set it would b overkill. also the image is rly cool. I give you 9.8/10 Good job looking foward 2 your new cards.
♥Łövëły-Ċħän♥
But Anbu is right though, in a varied deck such as Fabled (who have plenty of low level fodder and some decent level fodder) this card's last effect may not even be a drawback since you'll most likely have additional monster D: Like steroid ingested Armed Dragon
Zeaux
NOOO, IT WAS NOT MEAN TO BE DURING YOUR OPPONENT'S TURN! Sorry, I worded the my last post wrong. You cannot use it during your opponent's turn, since it is a monster and the card does not say it can also be used during your opponent's turn, just like Ultimate Offering. Phantom M.C.
it should still be limited to once per turn. fix that and its ready to be submitted imo
BulletMan
OCG fix with added balancing to help it: "Once per turn, you can remove 1 monster from your Graveyard to destroy 1 monster on the field whose Level is equal to the removed monster's Level. This card cannot declare an attack the turn you activate this effect." Now it's balanced with good OCG. 8/

guuu1234
This monster is kinda underpowered. But would It would be stronger if you remove the targeted monster from play instead of destroying it. There are considerably less cards that guard against immediate remove from play effects (the highest threat being imperial iron wall) rather then destruction effects.
