burnpsy
My brother (he's 7) prefers CyDras over Infinite LP. So yeah... jabber2033
Why DNA Surgery? As far as I can tell, it does nothing. I'm planning on using my own CyDra deck for Sept 2010 as well. Maybe it can give you ideas... 20 3x Cyber Dragon 3x Cyber Dragon Zwie 3x Light Hex 2x Honest 3x Shining Angel 3x Cyber Valley 1x Morphing Jar 1x Sangan 1x Card Trooper 15 2x Pot of Duality 2x Pot of Avarice 2x Power Bond 2x Mystical Space Typhoon 1x Future Fusion 1x Overload Fusion 1x Limiter Removal 1x Monster Reborn 1x Dark Hole 2x Book of Moon 5 3x Royal Decree 1x Torrential Tribute 1x Call of the Haunted 12 3x Cyber End Dragon 3x Cyber Twin Dragon 3x Fortress Dragon 3x Overdragon As you can see, I don't run Cyber Eltanin. That's due to the fact that I focus on bringing out Cyber Twin/End more than Eltanin's OTK. And in my opinion, this deck runs better than the Eltanin OTK. Just show this deck to your brother and see if he likes it better than the current one.
DNA Surgery -> Declare "Machine" -> Special Summon Cyber Dragon -> LOL while you use your opponent's non-Machines as Fortress fodder I put Eltanin in as an easy nuke, not as the focus. In any case, I already knew your build is better. The differences between our two builds are as follows: 3x Cyber Eltanin 2x Evolution Burst 1x Light of Redemption 1x Beckoning Light 3x DNA Surgery 1x Return from the Different Dimension 1x Starlight Road 2x Trap Stun 1x Stardust Dragon 3x Shining Angel 1x Morphing Jar 1x Sangan 1x Card Trooper 2x Pot of Duality 1x Pot of Avarice 2x Book of Moon 3x Royal Decree While your version makes quite a bit more sense, I can't simply copy it because of Duality's utterly ridiculous price tag. I'll get the rest into the build later.

Black W Mage
burial from a D.D. or return? of course royal decree might mess with that.

Black W Mage
fair enough, but why light of redemption?
burnpsy
Add Cyber Dragon to hand -> Special Summon it. The cost is so minor. Also, other plays can be done - but that's the most common one.
Brandon Michael Geren
As you can't afford Duality, you might wanna run Upstart... ? I've tech'd Upstart randomly into decks that I have space in and it actually works quite decently. I would neg a Decree, a Call, and GoO for it. The reasons are simple: Cyber End + Power Bond = 8000 Cyber Twin + Power Bond = 9600 Max Power Chimeratech Overdragon = 8800 Max Power Eltanin = 4500 Upstart would cause some slip-ups. Brandon Michael Geren
Why would you EVER summon Cyber End?
burnpsy
Why would you EVER summon Cyber End?
He's a naive little kid. Also, when one runs out of Cyber Twins and hasn't drawn Avarice yet. The point is - Upstart may screw one up as the most we can pull out with this deck is 9600, and even that's rare
