Power bonds for Ends and twins

Fu Fu and overload for Chi Tech Over D.

Fortress for quick stall.

Valley For Draw

Light hexes cuz they're beast

Dark hole for Field clear, and makes CyDra Twin and End a clearer shot

Limiter cuzza its sexehness =D

As a side note, if you want a UFO target, try Flamvell Magician. Flamvell Magician + any LV4 monster = Stardust Dragon or any LV8 Synchro.

You can do much better than Acid Trap Hole...

Don't run Vortex at all. As suggested before, run Monster Reborn and Dark Hole. There is no reason not to. Trunade can also help you in here to clear the field so you can have a safe attack, while similarly, Solemn Judgment can help you stop stuff like synchros or game-changing cards like Gyzarus.

ok dude. ur crazy. one for one is epic. valley can draw 1 card, draw 2 cards or return 2 cards from the grave... valley is a key to this deck. not to mention it can help with an eltanin summon.

acid trap is because of the high Ryko abuse. and the book of moon can combo it if i don't have dark hole up.

Looks good, but with all the monster destruction (Dark Hole @1, Black Rose Dragon @3, Mirror Force, Torrential), a lot of people are gonna be main-decking Starlight Road. It'll negate your Vortex/Dark Hole/Whatever, and give them a free Stardust Dragon.

Cards like Fissure and Smashing Ground are gonna be more useful than Vortex, since you don't want them to use Starlight. Dark Hole is gonna be a staple, though, so don't remove that.

Use Torrential Tribute/Mirror Force in place of Acid TH.

EDIT: As far as 1-4-1, it's good, yes, but you can already use Shining Angel to bring it out if you need to. And what if you draw 3 all Valleys before you draw 141? You just don't have enough targets.

I am well aware of what Cyber Valley's effect is, except for the part where to said "return 2 cards from the grave". It's still a total of -1 card advantage no matter which effect you decide to use. Sure, it helps you summon Eltanin, but what good is that when Valley IS going to be removed from play due to its effect? Don't say "remove it when it's faceup on the field" either, because that's just a terrible play.

If you're that paranoid about Ryko, you might as well play Nobleman of Crossout.

because. valley is in the deck for the soul purpose of drawing... if you are low on cards to use. one for one it. and either wait for an attack, or remove him and another monster on the field for 2 cards. you may be minus one card, but it thins the deck down to pull out cyber fusions faster

yeah. lol. i was gonna run COtH and don't have solemn. but CotH was a dead draw most duels since eltanin and OverDragon killed it

Then use Dimensional Prison instead. It's a much better choice than Cylinder.

"soul purpose" as in there are 3 major effects that are going to benefit you in some way. I can thin the deck or pull things back to the deck such as a CyDra i used with a Fu Fu... Cyber Valley works as a stall, sort of like a battle fader that lets you draw a card, it can be used to draw 2 at the expense of 2, but who really cares if 1 angel or zwei (or proto) is lost over all? or the loss of 2 to gain 2 back from grave side.

really it's a deck thinner and is very important to the overall performance of the deck (usually when you thin the deck down... game cards are in closer reach)

and don't lecture me on grammar. i'm out of school now and i don't care about it anymore in my every day use unless it is important for things such as jobs.

and you don't seem to have much experience with cyber decks if you're going to put down the purpose of valley (i've run every variant of every ban list for cybers for the past 3 years, and valley is by far the best staple card to be added to ensure a win. One for One on Valley helps thin the deck down more making it equally as importnant. especially with Eltanin and the Fu Fu/Overload combo.)
