Fixed Lore:
This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by removing from play all Dragon-Type monsters in your Graveyard. This card gains 500 ATK and DEF for each removed from play Dragon-Type monster(s).

The picture is overused as well...

I don't get how this one works... You have to try to write the lore down more clearly in a way that it is impossible for two people to interpret it differently.

I mean, like... How does it's summoning work? Is it like this:

1. It Normal Summons (Tribute Summons) just like other cards, but when it is summoned all Dragon type Monster cards are removed from the Graveyards and put out of play.

2. It does not Normal Summon, but first you have to have another card that totally clears out the Dragon type Monster cards out of both the Graveyards. (And even then it is unclear on how to exactly summon it. Does it become a free Special Summon from your hand?)

This card confuzzles me.

It's not complicated. You just remove all Dragons in your Graveyard from play.
It's not normal summoned. it's special summoned BY removing from play all dragon types.
That's not what it says. It says it can't be Normal Summoned, but it doesn't say what happens instead. It can only be magically Special Summoned in some kind of way, and apparantly for the remainder of the duel it's stuck in your hand until you discard it or Special Summon it from your hand through a Spell or Trap card.

As long as there are ambiguously interpretable cards like this, there will be players who can and will exploit the inaccuracy of the effect description.

using big words to confuse me doesnt work. i wasnt making fun of you, just saying. Its how the wording is made.
