I got 4 cards, one for Water (Lagiacrus) one for Fire (Rathalos) one for Earth (Uragaan) and one for Wind (Qurupeco). Please rate them out of 10 for art, OCG, effects, and over/under powerness. IMO, your ocg is fine, but they are all OP'ed in terms of ATK and DEF for their Levels.
