If you control less monsters than your opponent you can Special Summon this card from your hand. During the Battle Phase only, you can reduce the ATK of 1 monster on the field by the ATK of 1 face-up monster you control. If that monster's ATK reaches 0, it is not destroyed by battle this turn.

When a monster's ATK is reduced, you can remove from play 1 Level 4 or lower monster in your Graveyard. During your 2nd End Phase, you can add that card to your hand.

When this card attacks, reduce the ATK of all face-up monsters on the field by 1000, except "Hellion" monsters. During your End Phase, reduce this card's ATK by 1200 unless you control 2 or more "Hellion" monsters.

Once per turn, you can reduce the ATK of 1 face-up monster by the DEF of 1 face-up "Hellion" monster. As long as this card remains face-up on the field, your opponent cannot increase the ATK of their monsters by the effects of Effect Monsters.

Once per turn, you can reduce the ATK of 1 monster on the field to 0. When this card battles a monster with 0 ATK, you can half the Battle Damage to Special Summon that monster from the Graveyard during the End Phase. During your End Phase, reduce the ATK of all monsters on the field by 800, except this card. When this card's ATK is reduced, destroy this card and 1 card your opponent controls.[/b][/center][/size]
