The new meta allows for way too much monster removal

  1. 1. Should this card's ATK be increased to 2800 to prevent Dark Armed Dragon from running over it?

    • No, that would break the card.

    • Yes, DAD players will just attack through and that handicaps this card.

This card's Attribute is also treated as LIGHT. This card can not be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by it's own effect. When a monster you control is destroyed by a card effect, you can pay Life Points equal to double the ATK of the destroyed card to Special Summon this card from your hand or Graveyard. As long as this card remains Face-up on your side of the field, Monsters you control can not be destroyed by card effects. While you control a face-up "Brightflame Avenger" This card can not be Summoned.

Note: If multiple monsters are destroyed, you select which card to pay Life points based on the attack of. (BKSS style ruling)

Hmm...That would balance it more. The reason I don't suggest completely eliminating the cost is because your also SS a powerful monster.

Well I'd suggest keeping the ATK the same because it's already massively abusable w/ Dark Hole limited. so:

I suggest you go with just the cost of the selected ATK and keeping it's ATK at 2600.

Cause you could Abuse this in a Vairon deck:

Vairon Vanguard equipped with multiple equips. Dark Hole. Draw. SS this card.

2800 would OP
