though it is functional, it doesn't cut Blackwings, Six Sams, Gladiators, etc. any suggestions?

funny thing about kaiser. I never considered the card, except when I found a bin of cards in my closet. I ran by 2 of em and threw em in. as to how it works, I have found it will work exceptionally well to buy time for a DDS or to keep my opponent at one monster when I swarm (royal decree helps here). the only downside is that the only way to get the max effect out of it is to NOT destroy monsters, or else my opponent (and often will) replace their destroyed monster with something better. I would replace it for something to make the deck faster (except gold sarc, tried and didn't work).
