Dark Paladin92 Posted August 23, 2010 Report Share Posted August 23, 2010 Okay, so this one has bugged me for a long time, and no matter what my friends say, I can't go to bed with this nagging me.We all have this disagreement about chaining, and it's really throwing our game off.I say if Duelist A activates a face-down spell/trap and Duelist B chains "Mystical Space Typhoon" or "Raigeki Break" according to the rulebook, then Duelist B's card would resolve first and destroy Duelist A's card before it activates, right?But now my friend says because MST doesn't have the word negate in it's effect, even though it resolved first, the card it was chained to still has it's effect activated.That doesn't sound right, even to me!!
