If this card was Special Summoned by the effect of "Agent of Creation - Venus", Draw 2 cards.", though that is a bit broken draw power. That is what I see when I hear "Dream comes true" in dueling. "When you add this card to your hand, reveal it to your opponent to special summon this card. This card can only be tributed for a tribute summon.
